We run the calculators that owners use every day to sanity-check what their property is worth. When you submit this form, a real person reads it and looks for one broker worth introducing you to: storage-specialist brokerages, MHP-fluent teams, RV park and outdoor-hospitality specialists. No lead blast, no call-center list. At most one introduction, and only when the fit is real.
What's a Broker Opinion of Value?
A BOV is a broker's written estimate of what your property would sell for in today's market, built from your own income and expenses plus recent comparable sales, including the off-market deals that never show up in public data. Brokers prepare them free because it's how they meet future sellers. You get the real number, and there's no obligation to list. "I'm holding for five more years" is an answer brokers hear all the time.
Before the Broker Call
A few minutes of prep changes the conversation. Run your property through the matching tool so you know your own numbers before anyone quotes you theirs:
