When you submit this form, a real person reads it and looks for one broker worth introducing you to: storage-specialist brokerages, MHP-fluent teams, RV park and outdoor-hospitality specialists. Not a lead blast. Not a call-center list. At most one introduction, and only when the fit is real.
What's a Broker Opinion of Value?
A BOV is a broker's written estimate of what your property would sell for in today's market, based on your actual income and expenses plus recent comparable sales — including the off-market deals that never show up in public data. Brokers prepare them free because it's how they meet future sellers. You get the real number; there's no obligation to list, and "I'm holding for five more years" is an answer brokers hear all the time.
Before the Broker Call
