The Short Version

The calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers you type into them never leave your device unless you use the save/share features, which store data in your own browser or in the link you create. We only receive personal information when you deliberately submit one of our forms, and we only pass it on the way each form describes.

What We Collect, and When

• Calculator inputs: processed in your browser. Not transmitted to us. Saved deals live in your browser's local storage; share links encode data in the URL you choose to share.
• Lender-match form: deal details (property type, loan purpose, size range, state, timeline), your name, email, and optional phone.
• Broker-valuation (BOV) form: property details, your name, email, and optional phone.
• Cost-segregation form: property type, price bracket, state, and email.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and calculators are used. We log event and field names only — never the values you enter.

Who We Share It With

• Lender-match submissions are passed to our financing partners — currently South End Capital (a division of Stearns Bank N.A.) and C-Loans.com (Blackburne & Sons). They and lenders in their networks may contact you about your request, including by phone if you provided a number.
• BOV and cost-seg submissions stay with us until we've identified a single specialist who fits your request; we share your details only with that one specialist, and only to make the introduction the form describes.
• Form delivery uses FormSubmit.co as a relay to our inbox.
• We never sell your information, never add you to third-party marketing lists, and run no email marketing of our own.

Compensation Disclosure

We may earn a referral fee from a financing partner, broker, or specialist when a loan closes or a property sells through an introduction that started here. It is paid by the partner and never affects what you pay.

Data Retention & Your Choices

Form submissions are retained in our inbox and lead records so we can follow up and honor referral agreements. To have your information deleted from our records, or for any privacy question, email us via the Contact link in the footer and we'll take care of it. Note we cannot delete data from a partner's systems once a submission has been passed to them — contact that partner directly (we'll tell you exactly who received it).

Cookies

Google Analytics sets its standard cookies. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Saved deals use local storage, which stays on your device.
