We run the calculators — lenders don't pay us to be listed, and you don't pay us anything. When you submit the form, a real person reads it and makes at most one or two warm introductions to lenders or brokers we'd want on our own deals: local banks that close storage loans, SBA specialists, MHP-fluent debt brokers. No lead-list blasting, no twelve voicemails from call centers.
